Postage and packaging charges:

Since Fat Paws' website was first launched (way back through the mists of time - 2012 to be exact) we have never changed our P & P charges! Unfortunately Royal Mail haven't been as generous and there have been multiple price increases on all Royal Mail services. 

We pride ourselves on the quality of our collars and leads, but not so much on our business acumen. We've only just caught on to the fact for each order posted it's costing us more than we're charging: we do get there in the end. 

So, from today (14/04/24) we've increased our P & P charges and the new prices can be found on: "ordering and postage". 

We will tweak and adjust them over time to ensure we're always charging a fair and affordable price and, if it happens that you've paid too much P & P, we will refund the difference.
