Fat Paws reserve the right to modify these T&Cs without notice. The products and merchandise available from Us are governed by English Law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.  

 

Pricing: The price you pay for an item is the one displayed on our website. Fat Paws reserve the right to change prices with little or zero notice. 

 

Payment: Full payment is due at the time of placing an order with Us. Please see "Ordering and Postage" for comprehensive payment details.

 

Delivery: Applicable to UK Mainland addresses only.

 

Fat Paws aim to dispatch your order within 10 (ten) working days. All products are made-to-order, but in busier periods may take up to 15 (fifteen) working days to be dispatched. We will advise You if there is a delay.

 

All orders will be delivered using Royal Mail services.

 

Returns and refunds: If You have ordered the incorrect size, or your dog hates his/her new collar, you can return items up to 21 (twenty one) days after receiving them. The merchandise needs to be returned in an unused and resaleable condition, and the return delivery costs must be paid for by You.

Faulty or damaged items will be refunded or replaced at our cost. Refunds will be actioned once returned item(s) have been received and checked by Us. 

 

Cleaning and care: Instructions are provided on "Caring for your Fat Paws items" 

 

We, Fat Paws, shall not be liable in any event for any damage caused, directly or indirectly, by our merchandise being incorrectly cleaned or not being cared for sufficiently. 

 

Legal disclaimers: You are responsible for determining the suitability of merchandise for your individual needs and environment. When purchasing, You are acknowledging your responsibility for any accidents, incidents or loss. 

 

Fat Paws shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property sustained by You (or any Third Party). The exception to this is if that loss or damage is caused by the negligence or misconduct of the Fat Paws Team.
